As the Power-plant, the middle-class is the backbone of every society.
To begin with, I will let you hear the call to vote by the First Lady.
Michelle said, “The stakes in this election couldn’t be higher. I need you to step up.”
What does it mean to step up?
NOW THAT YOU HAVE LISTENED, HERE ARE SOME IMPORTANT ISSUES I HOPE WE CAN AGREE UPON ALLTOGETHER. SOMETIMES YOU KNOW ELECTIONS ARE JUST AS EASY AS THAT.
CONSIDER THIS BROWSING AS REASONS TO CONSOLIDATE AND EVEN TO SPEED UP AMERICAN MOMENTUM.
Number One. The Minimum wage is essential to bring people out of poverty and to share the dividends of Democracy. Some do consider « 47% » of the people are so weak to make it and their only hope is to overrely on the State, just as parasites do. It is up to everyone to agree with this stance or to reject it categorically, for its shortsighting and outright demagogy, as I do.
To get me right, take a reading at the following and hold on to this :
« There is nobody out there who got rich on their own. »
The hard-right Republican candidate in Iowa’s neck-and-neck Senate race, Joni Ernst, just had her Mitt Romney 47% moment discussing the Affordable Care Act:
In the audio, Ernst said a « generation of people » has been created that relies « on the government to provide absolutely everything for them. »
When Ernst shows this kind of contempt for Iowans, she’s talking about me. I’m a proud Iowan, born and raised, and many of my friends now have a better shot at healthy, prosperous lives thanks to this bill.
Ernst is wrong about our generation, and even more wrong about her own. As Elizabeth Warren has said, « There is nobody out there who got rich on their own. » Maybe that’s why Senator Warren has been out campaigning for progressive Bruce Braley in Iowa — and why she’s asked national Progressives United members to unite with Iowa progressives to support him, too.
Join Elizabeth Warren and fellow Progressives United members helping progressive Bruce Braley turn his opponent’s contemptuous remarks into a victory.
I was born and raised in a progressive town by a single mother. My mom, Bonnie, has been a nurse for 36 years, and always worked tirelessly to provide for my brother and me. Her work ethic and independence hasn’t been lost on me either.
My family, like all Iowa families, knows the meaning of hard work. So we take it personally when politicians like Joni Ernst threaten the benefits we’ve rightfully earned.
While Ernst worries about « how are we going to get people off of those » healthcare benefits, Bruce Braley is running a progressive campaign to keep regulations that stop insurance companies from denying coverage, kicking me and my friends off our plans, or increasing our rates for no reason.
And with just over a week until Election Day, right now is the critical Get Out The Vote (GOTV) phase of the campaign, when Braley needs the resources to make sure his supporters reach the polls.
Contribute $5 to Bruce Braley’s progressive campaign for Senate and help power Iowa’s grassroots GOTV program? Time is running out.
My friends in Iowa have seen Bruce Braley slammed with attack ads, but his opponent’s insults to 100% of my generation have me excited to join Elizabeth Warren in showing my support. I hope you will too.
Thanks for uniting as a progressive,
NOW IS THE TIME FOR CITIZENS RIGHTS KIND OF ACT II OF CIVIL RIGHTS.
Number two. BESIDES THE MINIMUM WAGE IS THE AFFORDABLE CARE – IT GOES WITHOUT SAYING.
Number three. THE AFFORDABLE EDUCATION
In a sense, the minimum wage, affordable education and health care are undissociable to strenghten the Middle-class and the class of the Working poor. The 47%.
Number four. THE HOT GUN’S ISSUE
After the dramatic shooting of Ferguson, the Washington school spree.
America is a gun’s addict Nation. Built with a colt and a Yankee culture, the more people are falling under gun’s shooting, the louder supporters of free access to guns are. It should have been the Opposite, in a World of common sense. Any attempt to bring some restrictions on gun’s possession is met with Lawmakers fending it off.
Big money in politics is part of the interpretation of this lawmaker’s offensive, overrelying in their funding lobbyists. Among them the NRA and its affiliates branches.
A zealous interpretation of the Constitution is another biais justifying gun’s obsession. While recognizing Culture patterns are a veil between us and the reality, something we hold for sure to fight back our fears, even irrationnally, the rationale is not with this olddated culture trend. A glance at societies restricting arms possession such as european nations, shows that an unarmed people is the best way to avoid, slow, control and prevent shooting rampages.
It is crucial to understand that.
Ferguson’s leaks of Michael Brown autopsy has left me absolutely terrified by some of the comments over there. Many of them were praising Officer Wilson’s account of facts to justify why he shot the teen dead. They were even cynics asking the Rev; Jesse Jackson to give an apology for indignation and criticizing the system. In their view, Michael Brown was a dealer, a thief and a threat to the Police Officer Wilson. According to those unbelievable and hallucinating shivering comments, Michael Brown should know – and I guess the message was adressed to all the Black Community: those bands of savages monkeys and bushmen should know, starting from the murder of Michael Brown – « if you insult a police officer, you deserve death penality. Period. And if you don’t agree, or are not happy with that sentence, go Hell ».
My goodness ! How can a civilised American – even from the 47% board – tell this kind of enormity ? Who is the incult and primitive person here ? So a police officer can shoot at everybody who insults him or threats him bared hands. Come on. What are those weak policemen ; coward enough to shoot somebody in the back? A policeman afraid of threats or insults should go and stay home as females. Don’t turn policeman, if you have no balls. Those Ferguson Policemen officers need a good training. They were two of them against a teen and they felt in danger. They should stay home and do the cooking and may be change their sex.
When some asses speak like this, teens as the one who shot his friend (in fact his cousins – (CNN)) in a Washington school are encouraged by those bestial words. Eventually the comments spiraled down into acts and vice versa through false medias and racist reportings.
The Official Michael Brown Autopsy Report Doesn’t Say What the St. Louis Post-Dispatch Says It Does
THE NEGER FACTOR
That said, the Neger Factor is undermining Black communities around the World. From Africa to America, black people are porous and vulnerable to every bestiality conducts. This vulnerability translates either into complex of inferiority for this people looking for the White approbation first, if necessary by a ridiculous mimetism. Second, of all the communities living in peace in America, black community is the one with little disciplinary, little organisation and little educative values to strenghten them such as supporting and helping each other, love, respect and courage to confront the Reality not with your body (fists, guns or something else) but through knowledge, skills and self-fulfillment. Attentism must be banned. Assistance also. White racism accusation too.
The fact is Black men in success tend to change their board : some will wed with White females to show their fucking success. Black eternal complex. Colonisation never ends for them. When I will see a white female wedding an ugly poor black man, I will change my view on the topic. Look what happened to Pistorius. Were he not for his successful money in cash, would a Top model, hosting a TV show accept to be his girlfriend ? No way. She came for money and notoriety searching. The same case for Karembeu, the Caledonian thinking Adriana was in love with him. Has he not be that brillant footballer at the time this fucking wedding was concluded, she wouldn’t accept him. Many black men are so stupid and with half a brain. How many famous White men got married with black women ? How many presidents ? But African presidents have the same complex of Negritude. Even Leopold Senghor, the Senegalese president succombed at it, somewhere in Normandie. Where is he burried that false prophet of Negritude ? Shame on those black monkeys ? Those men are easy preys to capture and tear apart.
Many others will help at a distance giving some money for poor black people to attend prestigious schools ; apparently to purify their souls. Going to school is one thing. The next step is confronting the Working place, the professional universe and Black companies’ owners are weak here. The NJ established bank to fund black entrepreneurs is welcome.
Too many black people are selfishness and bounty. « Peaux noires, masques blancs » is a book by Aimé Césaire. In the end, black teens are left to fend for themselves. I’m not targetting parenthood. But each black people, true to himself may recognize disorder, lack of education and of transmission of solid values derivating from the initial lost of identity and ignorance of black history – before Docteur King marching in to Washington – and even before Black people went in America. This missing link in their personnality is their burden. So, as they do not respect or love each other, so are they treated with disrespect and contempt by the White community and the others. If you don’t respect yourself, nobody will respect you. Respecting yourself is not only a declaration in principle : « I’m black and proud », it is « showing by doing » – I’m paraphrasing the British Deputy PM, Nick Clegg. Showing by doing not by crying and complaining to be a victim of the System, all days long.
DO IT – THIS WAS THE SUBLIMINAL MESSAGE HIDDEN BEHIND THE 2008 SLOGAN « YES WE CAN DO IT ». YES YOU CAN DO IT. THE MESSAGE WAS ALSO TARGETTING ALL THE HAVES NOT WHETHER BLACK OR WHITE STRUGGLING IN THEIR EVERY DAY LIFE TO KEEP THEIR HEADS OUT OF WATER.
THIS WAS IMPORTANT RECALLING. NATURALLY THE STARTING POINT IS GOING OUT TO VOTE. THE NEXT STAGE IS ROLLING UP YOUR SLEEVES AND ENTER THE ARENA THE CIVILISED WAY. SOLIDIFY YOUR GAINS AND POSITIONS. ALL YOU NEED IS AT REACH : SOLIDARITY, EDUCATION, ROCKY VALUES, SKILLS, CONFIDENCE IN AND RESPECT FOR YOURSELF.
MY MESSAGE TO THE BLACK COMMUNITY IS : RESPECT YOURSELF AND THE REST WILL BE ADDED ON TO YOU.
THE OTHER MESSAGE IS IF YOU DON’T KNOW WHERE YOU ARE COMING FROM – MEANING YOUR PAST – IF YOU ARE MEMORY BLANK, HOW ARE YOU GOING TO MOVE FORWARD IN AN AUTHENTICAL WAY ? YOU HAVE GOT NO COMPASS AND THIS IS TERRIBLE. THE GOOD NEWS IS THERE IS A REMEDY TO THAT DISEASE.
Number Five. ANOTHER REASON TO VOTE IS TO AVOID THE NEXT ROUND OF ANOTHER SHUTDOWN OF THE GOVERNMENT WHICH HAS BECOME A POLITICAL GAME FOR A SHOW OF POWER.
Number Six. ON THE INTERNATIONAL AFFAIRS, YOU HAVE GOT GAZA AND PALESTINIANS STILL TRAPPED BY ISRAEL IN AN OPEN AIR JAIL.
Read here . ISRAELI RESTRICTIONS ON MOVEMENT STRANGLE PALESTINIAN LIFE – Eurasianews.
Remember, previously, UK’s lawmakers have symbolically agreed by a Yes-Vote to a Palestinian State. Many Nations are ready for this recognizing. Only America is holding this Paleestinian State back. How many Palestinians’ deaths American lawmakers need to free Gaza and the Palestinians People ? If Obama is not going to do this, then fear for other rounds of wars over there.
Number Seven. NO NATION WILL FIGHT IMMIGRATION OR SECURE ITS BORDERS WITHOUT OPENING FREEDOMS TO ALL THE PEOPLE OPPRESSED, AS CANADIAN RECENT TERRORIST ACT SHOWS IT. THAT IS FIRST AND SECOND, WITHOUT REDUCING SIGNIFICANTLY GLOBAL POVERTY UPWARDS.
Canada and the War on Terror: The Ottawa Shootings, What Really Happened? (Global Research)
Number Eight. AMERICAN ECONOMY IS STRONG AND IMPROVING WITH THE DAYS.
Tomorrow, Tunisians will vote for the legislatives. Asked about the failure of the Arab Spring in Tunisia and about the strong revival of Islamic Faith among Tunisians with no future at home, going to fight with ISIS, in waves, a Tunisian officer said « they have come to the conclusion that you can’t bring security to the people without economic development. Democracy is secondary to fulfill this agenda of economic development and security ». Where did I hear such an affirmation ? Historically, which is first ? Democracy or Economic Development ?
In fact, the nature of your Development hugely depends on the quality of your Democracy and more importantly, on the sharpness of your Justice – either social Justice dealing with social inequalities or the State of Law – Those are the keys factors working as power plants for the economy. In saying this, we come back to empowering the Middle-Class as a political option, to avoid a double-edged society with poor on one edge and rich on the other. This disarticulated state, pantin like is unsustainable, in the longer term, without some rocky confrontations. The missing link will always be the Middle-Class. As the Power-plant, the middle-class is the backbone of every society.
This is why Democracy, as a Political Agenda, comes First. Some will say China is not a democracy but is getting successful. True. But, China is also this society overexposed to people opposing the righteousness of the Ruling and challenging its legitimacy. Hong Kong’s events are precursor’ signs. Yes, China is doing well. But its autocratic political system is its weakest link.
When you vote, you vote for a political agenda. Without that political agenda, how can you make a difference between the candidates ? Impossible.
Economic development is the implementation of a successful political agenda.
At the heat of the financial crisis, and from times to times, the debate over the primacy of economy over politics went on with some people advocating that « to tackle inequalities, you need a strong economy first ». You can’t share misery, they added. First create wealth and thereafter you can proceed with redistribution.
Inconvenient : things don’t work like this. Once the wealth is there, the redistribution becomes problematic and flawed. You need some Regulations and Justice to fix that. Meaning back to Politics first where the economy and the people are growing together ; where the economic system is no longer disconnected to the people it is supposed to serve. Nor is this economy a bubble or a sum of bubbles floating above the heads of the people. They move together. To say it differently, after 2008, the economy got real and was back to earth.
The economy is not the end of the game, but a mean to reach the goal which is improving living standards for all the peoples.
Next time you hear that democracy is not necessary to economic development, think about this debate.
Consider this other example : in France, President Hollande was elected under the promise of going to Bruxels to ask for a change of the economic agenda : growth vs austerity. His promise of overcoming the austerity agenda went viral and french people bought it. Cash and quick. Whether good or not, demagogic or populist (as C.Y. Leung the Hong-Kong Administrator would qualify it to dismiss the Youth Umbrella’s demand of a truly democracy), the point is, a political agenda was set. Unfortunately, things went differently on the EU’s stage. President Hollande was sent back home for structural reforms first, before the bailout.
Yesterday, bruxels conference ended this way :
FRANCE AND ITALY PROMISE TO REFORM, EU LEADERS VOW CLOSER ECONOMIC COORDINATION (Eurasianews)-
Previously, French next year budget was met with doubts of Bruxels’s experts who asked for more exactitude (and less approximations or maths based on overoptimistic forecasts French has been unable to approach, since president Hollande came into power). In a sense, Bruxels have asked French Budgetary Minister to bring realistic figures instead of those fantastic numbers French PM came with in Bruxels, without any ground to support them.
Security for the Middle Class. (The White House)
SUPPORT THE BEST POLITICAL AGENDA ON THE ISSUES THAT MATTER TO YOU AND TO ALL OF US.
MORE IMPORTANTLY SUPPORT A SENATE WHICH IS GOING TO KEEP THE MOMENTUM INSTEAD OF CUTTING IT DOWN FOR POLITICAL GAMES.
GO OUT THERE AND VOTE. DON’T WAKE UP THE NEXT JANUARY TO FIND YOURSELF EMBARKED ON ANOTHER SHUTDOWN OR A SLOWDOWN. IT’S NOW OR NEVER.
IF YOU WANT JUSTICE TO SIGNIFICANTLY IMPROVE IN AMERICA GO OUT AND VOTE. CATCH UP WITH THE OPPORTUNITY.
TOMORROW WILL BE TOO LATE UNTILL ANOTHER WINDOW IS OPENED IN … 2016. IN THE MEANTIME AMERICA WILL LOSE 2 YEARS. A HUGE LOSS IN THE SCALE OF HISTORY. TIMES ARE MOVING FASTER TODAY THAN YESTERDAY.
