APPARENTLY, THE GRAND JURY IS THERE TO CAUTION AN AMERICAN PHILOSOPHY NAMED : PERMIT TO KILL CIVILIANS INSIDE AMERICA AND ABROAD. AND THOSE ARE PEOPLE WHO CONDEMN ISIS. WHAT IS DIFFERENCIATING THEM ? WHERE IS DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SO-CALLED CIVILISED PEOPLE AND THE SAVAGES TERRORISTS ? THIS YESTERDAY DECISION UNDER THE COVER OF A PHANTOMATIC INEPTE GRAND JURY IS STATE TERRORISM.
American Justice in Shambles.
Cursed be that Grand Jury damned decision. In fact, American Justice System should get rid of those jure turning Justice into a parody.
This iniquitous decision is Hell and Sin alike.
Whenever a crazy panel will come to a decision an entire community and at least half of the entire nation and the World consider wrong and unfair, then this decision worth zero.
Shame on that American Justice in shambles.
THE PEOPLE HAS SPOKEN. And no grand jury is beyond the law. Ferguson should be the moment America is going to reconsider the place of this grand jure inside the system and start to wipe it of the board. The Grand Jure has dismissed itself. Get rid of the false Icon.
That the decision came after another black tean of 12 years was killed adds cynicism to racism. How can a cop be afraid of a 12 years boy ? In fact, Cops are not afraid, they know for certain the fake grand jure and the unlawful Justice will caution their right to kill any civilian, whenever, wherever.
In America, cops are granted Permits to kill. The Whole System is responsible for the global failure.
When the gov started talking about a curfew ahead of the decision, we knew everything was wrapped up to protect that permit to kill.
Then the press conference came yesterday to prepare spirits and minds to Injustice the prosecutor will speak about later on.
Look at the timeline of the people starring for this ugly movie.
First to appear on the screen, Gov. Jay Nixon, biaised and racist. Authoritarian, since the very beginning of the crisis.
Second in line, a black officer announcing how we should keep together into submission and monkey obedience. Naturally, it could only have been a black man, given the authorisation to speak by his Master. This is the primitive and natural order, inside America and outside.
Then another white man entered the comedy show. A Major.
Thereafter another black boy under the white master law prayed for rubbish. Bla bla bla, bla bla bla.
The Prosecutor could then appear, after all this pathetic demonstration of hypocrisy and negritude.
And president Obama, who previously threw his invisible defense secretary, Chuck Hagel*, out of the bus, because of little influence if any, concluded the day, the scenario is a more exact term, calling for restrain from all parts.
In fact, Michael Brown was sacrified by a comical grand jury inside a big theater of shadows.
The sacrifice of Mr Hagel can not compensate Michael Brown murder by a police officer. Neither can it heal that other teen murder, performed by a cop, the day before.
Injustice is the American brand either in Foreign Affairs or domestically. Occasionally, they will be trading one for another. It goes beyond shame.
(*) Foreign Affairs today are war and only that. Foreign ministers mission is less and less diplomatic and more and more warrior. In the process, defense ministers have lost power, influence and ground. May be in a near future, the foreign affairs and defense should be united and represented by one Secr. of defense and foreign affairs.
That said, everything was wrong in the prosecution of Michael Brown case. An autosy no expert was able to report with exactude. Until now, we still don’t have the final report. Since testimonies and accounts of facts by the police officers, and counts of facts depend on this autopsy report – former Justice, Eric Holder was disembarked on sea in the earlier days of this imbroglio – we consider this sentence all lies and flawed.
This is not Justice but Butchery.
See the latest developments.
Now they are commenting and pointing fingers at the burning down trying to divert the case toward the stepfather, as the instigator of the burning. This is considering effects and ignoring the causes. Today, the issue is the Justice System and its outcome. Frankly, the stepfather needs not to be an easy target : this outcome was inevitable. His call resonated with the crowd inner feelings. Only an indictment could have prevented this. Only Justice will bring Peace in Ferguson.
Two Attorneys reacted at a new conference.
The first said, the process was completely unfair. We can foresee what the outcome is going to be and that is what occurred this latest night, he said.
We strenuously objected to the prosecutor. No cross verification. Was the credibility of the Officer ever challenged ? There is no consistency with the physical evidence.
In NY – California, Cleveland, young black people prosecutions continue to yield the same result. We want people to believe the system. We need the people trust.
Need to do more than make noise ? Objection.
Make a difference ? Demand change ? How ? Promises of change came back empty. We are done with those fake promises of change.
When nobody is listening, then Peace comes with war. Called it violence or fight.
Anthony Gray, Attorney for Brown Family. Subsequent investigation is awaited. Hold out hope, justice will be given at some point, fair and impartial.
The grand jury was not even necessary in this case, 15 witnesses were ready to testify.
THE PROSECUTION WAS UNFAIR – HOW TO FIX IT ?
CNN– Ferguson: Shot teen’s family lawyer reacts to grand jury decision, saying « process is broken » and « completely unfair. »
Last word. Many thanks to CNN for the extra large and IMPARTIAL coverage of the facts.
Get the details at CNN.
1. Family of shot teen Michael Brown « profoundly disappointed » no charges will be brought against their son’s killer.
2. President Obama calls on Americans to accept grand jury’s decision not to indict officer over shooting of unarmed teen.
3. A Missouri grand jury has decided not to indict Ferguson police Officer Darren Wilson in the August 9 shooting death of Michael Brown, prosecutor Robert McCulloch said Monday.
The incident became a flashpoint for racial tension in the St. Louis suburb; Brown was black and Wilson is white. Brown’s father and others had called for calm ahead of the grand jury’s decision, which comes amid concerns over the possibility of violent protests.
